Terms of Service

1. About Migo

Migo provides AI-powered bookkeeping automation for accounting firms and their small business clients. The service is delivered via WhatsApp for SMBs and a web dashboard for accountants. Migo integrates with QuickBooks Online via OAuth 2.0.

2. Account terms

Accounting firms register for a Migo account and pay a monthly subscription. Each firm can onboard an unlimited number of small business clients through WhatsApp. Clients do not pay Migo directly — the accounting firm manages the subscription.

• Accounts are billed monthly in USD
• Free trial: 14 days, no credit card required
• Cancellation: any time via email to hello@migo.polsia.app
• Data export available upon request before account closure

3. Acceptable use

Migo is designed for legitimate bookkeeping and financial management. You agree not to:

• Use Migo for any illegal purpose or to process fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform
• Share login credentials or client data outside your firm

4. Service levels

Migo uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain 99% uptime. Transaction sync runs daily. AI proposal generation is automated. WhatsApp support is available 7 days a week in English and Spanish. Response time: within 4 hours during business hours.

5. Liability

Migo's service is automated bookkeeping assistance — it does not replace a licensed accountant. The accountant remains responsible for final review and approval of all entries. Migo is not liable for financial decisions made by accounting firms or their clients.
